Our client is the manufacturing company, specailized in mechanical/ industrial products. They serve many industries including Consumer Electronics, Automotive, Building Automation, Home Technologies, Medical Devices, Power Tools. Due to rapid expansion, they are looking for a Business Development Manager
Achieve business growth objectives, implement and execute strategic programs and actions including product roadmaps, product quality improvement, and resources planning for market penetration / segmentation.
Support VP on automobile division P&L achievement, deliver gross margin and net contribution profitability in Global Business Unit.
Take a direct interest in key customer accounts to validate accuracy of review and revise product management (product P&L and RFQ pricing), product marketing (productizing and sales tools development) and business development (market penetration and expansion directions etc ) strategies as appropriate.
New Product Launches
Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering; MBA is advantageous
Minimum 10 years of experience in high volume manufacturing environment, with minumum 5 years of solid Business Development experience in Automotive Body Unit
Strong business exposure to Automotive industry (either customer / supplier) preferable
Global and hands-on practical management skills in MNC, business accountability of over $100 million with multiple product budget preparation exposure.
Well versed in English and Mandarin
