- build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing (inter)national clients and intermediaries

- generate business opportunities with potential and existing as well as develop new business for own company's various operational offices outside Japan to realize the commercial objectives of the organization and to increase market share

- assist the Managing Director in Tokyo by giving overall support

- assist with marketing events and initiatives to strengthen the brand

- attend to general enquiries for new business

- maintain and handle the communication in related to various operational issues including client on boarding processes between Japanese clients and own company’s worldwide offices to enhance the good relationships with existing clients


<Your Profile>

- Bachelor Degree in Law, International Business Management, Economics, Marketing

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably acquired in a Trust, Corporate/Fund administration company, structured finance, or accounting/law firm

- A good understanding in accounting, corporate law and international investment structuring is a strong advantage

- Excellent organizational and communication skills, pro-active, assertive, practical, flexible and results-driven

- A proactive approach to challenges with a real ‘can do’ and results driven mindset

- Native Japanese speaker and fluent in English (both in writing and speaking)
