Associate Project Manager (SHIFT Work HIGH allowance) - Full Time role


Our client, an industry leading Financial Printing company that is well known for their printing service and document solutions is now seeking for a high caliber individual for the position of Associate Project Manager.


Work Location: Central, 5 Days work/week, Shift work with Attractive OT Allowance  




  • Day-to-day hands on project management work for Hong Kong companies, specifically in Capital Markets and Compliance related products

  • Working closely with internal and external parties to complete day-to-day tasks within the scope of execution and completion of project related activities.

  • Helping to foster stronger communication between various departments and across different levels within the organization.

  • Be an agent of change and act as a role model for others by setting a high professional standards and maintaining an open-mindedness and willingness to try new approaches to tasks and objectives.

  • Demonstrate a highly professional, assertive, communicative, empathetic, flexible and open working attitude.

  • Act as a focal point between customers and internal teams for publication projects

  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

  • Take up ad-hoc duties when required




  • Diploma or above in any discipline

  • 1 year work experience preferred but not a must, fresh graduate welcomed

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Great interpersonal skills, good teamwork

  • Detail-minded, able to work under pressure

  • Shift duty which covers weekend and public holidays is required, with overtime pay and shift allowance
