Job Description

Our client is a well-known financial institution which focusing on the capital marketing and asset management. They are developing very fast and looking for an Assistant finance manager/Senior finance officer.

Job Descriptions:

  •          Check and review the daily accounting entries of SFC licensed entity
  •          Check and review the daily bank reconciliations
  •          Prepare the daily clients’ money transfer instructions
  •          Prepare the daily trust accounts reconciliations in accordance with Clients’ Money Rules
  •          Prepare the daily Financial Resources Rules (“FRR”) computation
  •          Responsible for the month-end closing of the SFC licensed entity
  •          Prepare the monthly FRR return filed to SFC
  •          Assist the Finance Manager in preparing monthly consolidation and management reports
  •          Assist the Finance Manager in preparing budgets and forecast


  •          University degree in Finance /Accounting or related discipline
  •          Experience in financial services industry and preferable with Big 4 experience
  •          Experience in FRR and clients’ money rules is an advantage
  •          Experience in IPO will be an advantage
  •          Good PC skills with strong knowledge in excel and hand-on experience in accounting
  •          Proficient in written and spoken English, fluent in Putonghua is a plus
  •          Committed, self-initiative, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and under       pressure
