Assistant Manager- HR and Admin/- Japanese Electronic Component Manufacturer

 

Our Client, a Electronic Component Manufacturer, is now seeking a Assistant HR Manager.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Manage the HR & Administration team and daily operation
• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, screening, compensation & benefits, performance management and employee relations

• Coordinate internal and external recruitment activities;
• Perform Monthly payroll processing, MPF, Tax filing and so on
• Consolidate and analyze regional HR reporting to management
• Review and set up administration workflow and policy for group
• Handle company secretary duties and related filing
• Handle ad-hoc duties

 

 

Requirements 

• Good Command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English

• Degree in HR, Business Administration or other related field

• Over 5 years HR experience  in trading / sales office / Japanese or electronics manufacturer

• Good communication and interpersonal skills 

• Strong knowledge of Labor laws and related legal requirements for the entire business operations.
• Knowledge of Labor laws and related legal requirements 
• Good MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and knowledge of HR system
