Our Client, a Famous Japanese F&B Company, is now seeking a Assistant HR Manager.
Responsibilities
・ To handle staff recruitment
・Establish strong relationship with line managers and external parties
・Coordinate internal and external recruitment activities;
・Prepare manpower analysis and reports
・Provide support on management to coordinate learning and development activities
・Handle ad-hoc duties
Requirements
・Over 5 years recruitment experience, include training field
・ Candidate sourcing experience
・Working experiences in F&B industry is a plus;
・Good command of Cantonese and English
・Immediately available is preferred
