Assistant HR Manager (banking)
Our client, a bank is now seeking for a Assistant HR Manager who can handle their daily business in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
-
Organization and implement in-house and external training programs.

Liaise with external parties on training programs arrangement.

Handle whole recruitment process.

Provide effective recruitment strategies and advise.
Requirements
-
University degree in Human Resources or training related disciplines
-
5 years relevant experience in bank/financial institutions

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably fluent in Mandarin)

Candidate with less experience will be considered the role of Senior Officer
