Job Description
Responsibilities
• Order entry using SBO (SAP Business One)
• Customer service (attending calls) and assist Sales staff
• Assist logistics staff on administration of delivery
• Process invoice, delivery orders and warehouse assemble documents, including filing
• Office supplies purchase
• Coordinate repair & maintenance works
• License and permit maintenance and renewal
• Service vendors contract maintenance and renewal
• Any additional duties in office administration
Requirements
• At least 2 years working experience
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
