  • Perform receptionist duties including greeting guests, handling phone calls in professional manner, mailing & courier, meeting room booking, etc.
  • Provide general office administration duties
  • Handle expense claim, daily office management tasks
  • Arrange flight booking and hotel accommodation
  • Handle attendance record, leave record, etc.
  • Assist in general accounting duties including payment & cheque issue, data and journal entries, etc.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support


  • Diploma holder or Above; preferably accounting related subjects
  • 1 to 2 years' of relevant experience
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Excel and Word, familiar with Excel formula is a plus
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese
  • Flexibility is a must
  • Quick learner, independent, detail-minded, responsible & ablt to work under pressure
