- Perform receptionist duties including greeting guests, handling phone calls in professional manner, mailing & courier, meeting room booking, etc.
- Provide general office administration duties
- Handle expense claim, daily office management tasks
- Arrange flight booking and hotel accommodation
- Handle attendance record, leave record, etc.
- Assist in general accounting duties including payment & cheque issue, data and journal entries, etc.
- Provide clerical and administrative support
- Diploma holder or Above; preferably accounting related subjects
- 1 to 2 years' of relevant experience
- Good PC knowledge in MS Excel and Word, familiar with Excel formula is a plus
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
- Flexibility is a must
- Quick learner, independent, detail-minded, responsible & ablt to work under pressure
