Job Description

Our client, a manufacturer and retailer of medical equipment, is seeking for an Admin officer to take care of their daily tasks and provide support to relevant teams. 

Job duties

  • Handle customer orders. prepare delivery as per sales dept's requirement 
  • PO/ Invoice/ Delivery track/ completions of billing etc, comprehensive after sales ordering activities 
  • Follow up the backlog orders with planning team, take initiative to feedback customer and Business unit about the supply status
  • Handle reverse logistics to warehouse or supplier (SBU)
  • Inventory control
  • Other tasks as assigned 


- 5 years or more experience in CS or Sales coordinator in logistics field  

- University graduate  

- Good PC skills and MS office knowledge + SAP experience 

- Preferred supply chain management or business administration knowledge
