Urgent - Accounting & Admin Officer (Japanese Company)

Our Client, a Japanese Company, is now seeking for Accounting & Admin Officer.

Responsibilities

- Check and settle invoices according to the payment procedure of the company

- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information

- Prepare financial forecasts, and monthly cash flow report to General Manager

- Prepare financial reports to General Manager monthly

- Prepare monthly payroll and monthly MPF payment and related matter

- Prepare managerial accounts (balance sheet, profit/loss) for annual audit and tax returns

- Keep up with the financial regulation

- Manage office supplies stock and place orders

- Coordinate office maintenance issues for general repair

- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets

- Setup and maintain company IT system and databases

- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents

- Answer queries by employees and clients - Update office policies as needed

- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments

- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)

- Organize company events - Handle travelling and expenses claims for staffs

- Travelling arrangement for staffs e.g) Hotel, Flight

【Must】

- 3-5 years of accounting work experience
