  • Handle daily accounting operations, including AR, AP, general ledger, issue cheques,prepare vouchers, filings, accounts & bank reconciliation, etc.
  • Assist in month-end closing process
  • Assist in preparing accounting schedules and management reports
  • Maintain proper accounting records to meet statutory requirement
  • Assist in audit & tax filing
  • Liaise with Singapore regional head office on financial aspects of the HK operation
  • Back office & admin operations and HR support duties as assigned
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned


  • Degree holder
  • Min 1 year relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel (e.g. vlookup)Hands on PC operations
  • Excellent communication skills & Good command of English
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Proactive, willing to learn, flexible and positive work attitude
  • Sense of responsibility
  • Organized and detailed-oriented
