A recruitment firm located in Central, are now seeking for an Accounting & Admin Assistant to support daily operation.
- Daily paper work, filing, word processing
- Track & update A/R and A/P records
- Support the preparation of weekly internal reports
- Support the preparation of Audit
- Support the sales team (30+ people) for administration & ad-hoc work
- Support the office HR work
- Report to office manager and managing director
- Diploma holder or Above; preferably accounting related subjects
- Payroll service experience is preferable
- 1 to 2 years' Accounting experience is preferable
- Good PC knowledge in MS Excel and Word, familiar with Excel formula is a plus
- Proficiency in English and Chinese; knowledge in Japanese is a plus
- Flexibility is a must
- Quick learner, independent, detail-minded, responsible & ablt to work under pressure
