Job Description
Our client is looking for Operation Manager as below.
Responsibilities:
Performance management
- Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) of personal loan business (number of customers, loan balance, income, bad debt rate and other parameters)
- Manage performance of each operator (bad debt loss, recovery and re-finance)
- Collection related work (handle abnormal repayment procedures and address customer repayment related issues)
Service quality management
- Supervise operator phone service levels and give feedback
- Monitor and ensure operator compliance with company rules, laws and regulations
- Handle customer complaints
Business planning, execution and improvement
- Propose and execute new products and services
- Propose and improve business processes and operational work flow
Education and training
- Train operators with business knowledge and skills
- Educate new operations managers
Human resources and administration
- Monitor operator attendance and well-being of operators
- Provide feedback on performance of operators
Requirements:
- Degree holder or related discipline
- 3+ years of relevant management experience in B-to-C consumer finance or other financial service / or digital consumer product firm
- Experience in start-up company or e-commerce company are also welcome
- Performance management experience
- Negotiation, decision-making and problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize volume
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin, Cantonese. Japanese speaking with be an advantage
- Familiar with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
