Our client, a Fintech compamy, is looking for a Japanese speaking candidate as below.
- Assist Project Manager as project administrator
- Content creation and management of sales materials
- Manage and monitor a wide variety of communications and social media activities
- Direct CS / Prepare CS operation manual review and update in a regular basis
- Responsible for all rounded KYC (Know Your Customer) matters
- Liaise with compliance 3rd parties: government, service providers, local / oversea legal firms
- All rounded B2B customer support relating to KYC and compliance
- Experience in handling and supervising outsourcing parties more than 3 years
- More than 3-year of experience in managerial level (need to supervise more than 5 subordinates) in a related industry
- Skills in customer service software (JIRA, Zendesk etc.) is a plus
- Knowledge on project administrative software (Slack, google spread sheet, SharePoint, Redmine, Planio etc) is a plus
- Good command of spoken and written English and Japanese
