Job Description
Our client is looking for Business Planning Manager as below.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Research market size and trends
- Analyze competitor performance and new entrants
- Monitor customer behaviors
- Develop new products, services and marketing strategies
Collect and analyze performance data
- Collect performance data (daily, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual) and prepare dashboard
- Analyze data, propose solutions and solve problems
Improve business
- Adjust, modify, or pivot key business strategy, such as risk management and marketing, using both internal (e.g. KPI, process metrics) and external (e.g. credit bureau, public statistics) information
- Design and implement PDCA cycles (procedure, formulation of KPI, etc.)
- Promote and control improvement activities
Build IT infrastructure
- Compile user / operator and IT requirements for enhancement
- Coordinate with IT division and external vendors
Requirements:
- Degree holder or related discipline
- 3+ years of relevant management experience in B-to-C consumer finance or other financial service / or digital consumer product firm
- Experience in start-up company or e-commerce company are also welcome
- Solid strategic and business planning experience
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize volume
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin, Cantonese. Japanese speaking with be an advantage
- Familiar with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
