Our client, a Japanese financial company is looking for candidates Senior Customer Service Officer roles.
 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To perform in-depth analysis for each credit application and review the credit report prepared by junior staff.- To perform credit assessment and provide recommendation to Group Head for credit approval
  • To assist Group Head to monitor junior staff’s performance by coaching and on-job training
  • To maintain good business relationship with dealers and participate in marketing activities - To handle enquiries from customers and dealers
  • To perform other ad-hoc assignments as requested
 

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines is preferred
  • At least 3 years’ relevant working experience is preferred; Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Services Officer
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • With knowledge in credit evaluation and analysis of financial statement will be an advantage
  • Mature and pleasant personality with good communication skill - Experienced in supervising and performing phone check
  • Self-motivated and work independently
