Our client, a renowned media MNC, is looking for a Native Japanese Speaking candidate for their expanding business.

  • Communicate with global customers in Japanese and English 
  • Answer queries related to products via email, webchat and phone
  • Provide professional-level support to retain customers and increase customer loyalty

  • Native Japanese speaker with high proficiency of written and spoken English communication skills 
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Willing to learn new technical systems and applications
  • Customer service experience is highly preferred. Previous experience in hospitality, airline and tourism are big welcome
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Positive, flexible, good team player
