Our client, a prestigious international bank, is looking for a candidate as below.
  • Assist Relationship Managers for e-Banking demonstration and client’s documentation.
  • Take care of customer enquiry (both local & Japanese users) via on-site & phone support.
  • Prepare Utilization Reports, Customer Notifications, Pamphlets and User Manuals, etc.
  • Collect client feedback or comment on e-Banking platform.
  • Assist superiors for the administrative work and documentation control.
  • Assist superiors for ad-hoc System Enhancement / Client Implementation Projects.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Holder.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in customer / banking services / Japanese business area.
  • Proficient in MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint; familiar with Excel VBA and data mapping would be an advantage;
  • Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1), English and Cantonese.
