Sales Manager (Greater China) - Full Time role

Our client, the original and leading provider of enterprise-class cross-platform virtualization solutions for server is now seeking for a high caliber individual for the position of Sales Manager to explore the market of China.


Work Location: Wan Chai, 5 Days work/week



  • Develop sales and new businesses in Greater China

  • Collaborate and develop strong relationships with business and channel partners, e.g. business introducers, system integrators, end user, etc.

  • Conduct effective prospecting in Japan

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and tactical partnership

  • Identify new and manager existing end user clients through direct or channel sales

  • Coordinate with various internal departments including presales, technical support, marketing, etc.

  • Prepare and present presentation

  • Identify, prepare and execute effective marketing campaigns



  • Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications or other relevant discipline

  • At least 3 years relevant experience in Sales Management/Business development/technical background

  • Experience of working in a multi-national and a multi-cultural environment

  • Experience in working in medium size company

  • Proactive competencies and potential to develop existing and new markets

  • Some exposure to business in China, not necessarily regional experience

  • Good command of English and Mandarin

  • Energetic, hungry, hunter type

  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver with deadlines

  • Goal oriented, persistent, success driven, entrepreneurial

  • Flexible, positive and supportive team player

  • Willingness to travel
