Our client, a Japanese F&B Company is seeking General Manager of HR in Hong Kong. 



•Reports and resolve the compliance or disciplinary HR related issues

•Perform ad hoc duties as required

•Need to cover HR duties of group company of China and Hong Kong

•Responsible for leading a team and manage all round HR responsibilities including recruitment, HR operations, payroll, learning & development etc.

•Continuously review HR Policies and workflow, monitoring the effectiveness of the HR projects



•Good exposure and experience in HRIS system review/upgrade/migration

•Good command of English & Mandarin

•Minimum 5 years solid experience in HR functions in managerial level with hands-on experience

•Excellent in interpersonal skills and communications skills with all level of staff;

•Positive, self-motivated, independent and strategic thinking

•Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

•Well versed in employment-related ordinances and regulations,
