A Consultative Approach
Our consultants are receptive and take the time to learn more about you and your career. We are specialists in the job market and are confident we can offer you the personalised career advice that you need. We make sure that your CV conveys and promotes your experience properly and that you are fully prepared for interviews; not only with guidance on proper interviewing techniques, but with a full briefing on the company and role you decide to pursue.
Our multinational clients often come to us when they are looking to find the right people for confidential positions; this is naturally proof of the trust our clients have in our consultants and is a direct result of the close relationships we have built with our client companies. Our consultants are able to fully and accurately realise hiring plans, understand the nuances of the market and grasp the type of professional that a particular role requires.
We are experts in consulting you in your career, driving the hiring process forward, scheduling meetings with key decision makers and negotiating salaries on your behalf.
You can register using our online registration function or by contacting us directly. You can also directly apply for any positions you have found on our website. Once your registration has been completed, you will be contacted by a JAC consultant if we have suitable positions for you. We don't charge any recruitment service fees to candidates.
Initial Interview (Career Consulting and Introduction of Opportunities)
A JAC career consultant who specialises in your area of expertise will contact you and arrange for an initial meeting at our offices. During this meeting the consultant will enquire about your experience, skill and personal strengths and your potential future career path. As a result of this interview, they will be able to introduce you to career opportunities which match your skills and interests.
Application - Screening - Interview
If there is a position you are interested in applying for that matches your qualifications, after confirming your decision, we will recommend you to the client. We arrange interview date and time if clients would like to interview. Our career consultant will inform interview review to you after checking both parties.
Offer & Start Work
Your consultant will contact you if the client makes an offer, and should you accept the offer, your consultant will assist you in negotiation the details of the offer, including working conditions, start date and salary and any other details unique to your situation. Your career consultant is there to support you in making a smooth transition to your new employer.
